Tarzan JungleQueen Residency, 2021

A multi-disciplinary, queer artist, Tarzan Jungle Queen blends design, photography, screen printing and film to create pieces focused on the interrogation, deconstruction, and reconstruction of the concepts of ‘the self’, gender, sexual identities, and environmental topics.

As part of development toward their first NCCA solo show, Do I seduce you? Tarzan JungleQueen undertook a Pirrie Space residency to explore the translation of drawing and screen-print textures to large-scale mural and paste-up techniques.
